This is for anyone who is resigning Local 80's books.  If you are not currently signed in on the Available to Work list, you cannot sign in to make your initial eligibility through this form.  Contact the Union Hall for information to get on the Available for Work list  

Resigns will be accepted between the10th and 16th of each month.  Any resigns dated outside the time will not be accepted. 

The resign form must be completely filled out to be accepted.  Once your re-sign is accepted, you will receive a confirmation to your e-mail.
